Return Policy
Returns and right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving any reason.
Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Please let us know within these 14 days by emailing info@bushh.nl.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the product to:

The cost of returning the product to Bushh is at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where reasonably possible, please return the product with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the resulting reduction in value. Please therefore handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bushh.nl so that we can assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Our essential oil is supplied sealed. Once the seal has been broken after delivery, this product can no longer be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item? You can return the current item in accordance with the conditions above and place a new order for the desired product through our online store.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the entire order, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price, including the shipping costs you paid for our standard delivery.
If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
The cost of returning the product to Bushh is at your own expense.
We will refund the amount due no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you can provide proof that you have returned it, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless we expressly agree on a different payment method together.
If you selected a more expensive shipping method than our cheapest standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost of that more expensive shipping method.
Model withdrawal form
You can also use the model withdrawal form included in our Terms and Conditions to withdraw from your order. Use of this form is not mandatory.
