Our products contain active and natural ingredients. Please follow the guidelines below for each product to ensure safe and proper use.

Interior Sprays & Diffusers

  • Never spray when people with asthma or COPD are present. Always ventilate the room well.
  • Birds: Do not use Mist or diffusers in areas where birds are present. Birds are extremely sensitive to essential oils and interior sprays because their respiratory systems absorb airborne substances very quickly.
  • Never place a diffuser near your dog’s or cat’s sleeping area or near a rodent enclosure.
  • Always ensure that animals can leave the room freely when using a spray or diffuser.
  • In grooming salons and veterinary clinics, never spray or place a diffuser directly above or next to grooming or treatment tables.
  • Never use diffusers in recovery rooms, as these spaces are often small and poorly ventilated.
  • The products are highly flammable. Keep them away from heat, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources.
  • Store bottles out of reach of children and animals, in a cool place such as a cupboard. Refrigeration is not necessary.

Furr Coat Spray

  • Coat type: Suitable only for dogs with medium to long coats. Do not use on short-haired dogs, young puppies or sick dogs.
  • Use: Spray a light mist over the coat and gently brush it through.
  • Walking tip: Apply the spray just before a walk so the coat can dry naturally and the dog is less likely to lick the product.
  • Precautions: Always avoid the eyes, nose and mouth. Never spray on open wounds or irritated skin.

UrineX

  • Use this product only in diluted form when cleaning whelping boxes, crates and kennels used by puppies, kittens or older, sensitive animals. Undiluted UrineX may irritate sensitive paw pads and the respiratory tract.
  • Always allow the enclosure to dry completely and air out thoroughly after cleaning before allowing animals to return.
  • UrineX can be used undiluted in drainpipes or sumps and on surfaces with severe urine odours, such as exterior walls that are frequently urinated on.
  • The product may cause eye irritation, so avoid contact with the eyes.
  • Always wash your hands after use. Wear protective gloves if you have sensitive skin or when using the product undiluted.
  • Never mix this product with other cleaning products, such as chlorine-based cleaners or bleach.

Eco Cleaner

  • Like UrineX, Eco Cleaner should only be used diluted when cleaning whelping boxes, crates and kennels used by puppies or sensitive older animals, to reduce the risk of irritation to the respiratory system and skin.
  • Always allow the enclosure to dry completely and air out thoroughly after cleaning before allowing animals to return.
  • Avoid prolonged skin contact. Wash your hands after use or wear suitable protective gloves.
  • Never mix this cleaner with other cleaning products. Keep the packaging tightly closed and store it in a cool place, out of reach of children.

Essential Oil

  • Do not leave diffusers that disperse essential oil running continuously all day.
  • Do not place them near a dog’s or cat’s sleeping area, rodent enclosures, bedrooms or children’s rooms.
  • Always ensure adequate ventilation in the room where the diffuser is operating.
